What is the minimum order quantity for each order?
The minimum order requirement for each product and brand varies. Usually, the supplier or distributor sets the MOQ for the offer sheet that we email you.

Do you provide samples for your products?
We are wholesalers who work with clients to fulfill and meet their specific order requirements. We do not provide samples of our products. Should you be interested to work with us, you can place a trial order of USD 3000 and above, and we will check with the respective supplier / distributor if it is acceptable.
What payment terms do you accept?
We only accept payment via Bank T/T. We do not accept Paypal, Escrow, Credit Card or give credit terms to our clients.
What are the lead time for orders?
The usual lead time for orders can be between 4-8 weeks.
Do you accept dropshipping services?
We are wholesalers and unfortunately do not offer dropshipping services.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We have strong ties with FedEx, DHL, and local freight forwarders. We can even use your freight forwarders or courier accounts to ship goods to your destination.
Are shipping costs already included in your prices?
All our prices are Ex-Warehouse Hong Kong. This means that our prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated once goods are ready.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We can only calculate the exact shipping costs, once goods are ready with us. All depends on the number of cartons, weight / CBM of the shipment.
What is your return policy?
Since we are dealing with world renowned brands, the return rate or defect rate is extremely low. Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds or returns on orders. However, if there are any genuine problems, our dedicated team is here to help!
What kind of support do you offer after the sale?
